The latest guidance document issued by the UK's National Institute of Health and Care Excellence (NICE) has given its backing to the deployment of two artificial intelligence (AI)-driven software technologies within the NHS. These technologies are aimed at aiding the review and analysis of computed tomography (CT) brain scans in patients suspected of having a stroke.
