I might not be an athlete but I do understand through personal experience the results on joint health from stretching… as someone who has osteoarthritis I can tell you for certain that every time I stretch or do mobility exercises my OA gets flared up and all my joints crack like crazy for at least a week after! I’ll even go further to say that when I do isotonic exercise I also get flared up… but when I do isometrics on the Isophit I never get joint pain or cracking!
