Golden Turmeric Milk (dairy free)🥛✨ Ingredients: • 1 cup Alterati’s oat milk • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper (for better absorption of turmeric) • 1/4 tsp ground saunf (fennel seeds) • 1 tsp maple syrup or any natural sweetener (optional) Instructions: 1. Pour Alterati’s oat milk into a small saucepan and heat on medium-low. 2. Add the turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper, and saunf to the milk. 3. Stir continuously to blend the spices and allow the mixture to gently simmer for 3–5 minutes. 4. Remove from heat and taste. Add sweetener if desired. 5.
