An expert survey and systematic review (DOI: 10.1016/j.clcc.2024.01.004) reveal significant variations among oncologists in the application of metastasis-directed therapy for metastatic colorectal cancer. Surgical oncologists showed more inclination towards MDT in advanced cases, while medical oncologists were more conservative.
