Are you focused on what is creating energy vs what is taking energy away? For me, I notice that when I am busy or stressed, I tend to focus on what is taking my energy away - which are usually things that are out of my control. Creating self-awareness of what your focus is on allows you to change that focus to things that create energy and are in your control. It can seem simple, but it is not always easy. Today, pay attention to what you are focusing on and ask yourself: 1. Is it energizing me or draining me? 2. Is it in my control or out of my control? 3. What can you do about it? You can take positive action when you are self-aware of what you are focused on! #control #mentalperformance #selfcare
