In my opinion, the best way to find the best fit for you is to first ask yourself these three questions: -Who do I admire? -Who has a professional style that I want to emulate? -What skill do I want to develop? Once you answer these questions, it can be as simple as asking the person directly. In this new year, I encourage you all to seek out a professional mentor. In response to that, we are launching *Rising Together;* a mentorship and leadership program designed to empower WAA Community Members and help them reach new heights in their careers and businesses. As well as providing guidance and support to women. This will take place every Friday on WAA Platform.
