MAKE NOISE ABOUT IT!! Whenever you have an ongoing sale or a special offer for your audience, don't make the mistake of announcing the sale once or twice and then go silent. Do not "assume" that they'd remember because you've sent a campaign on it before. In as much the offer/sale is still on, always mention it in all the campaigns(messages) you send. In fact, find a way of highlighting/emphasize it in all your message. If you don't do this, you are leaving a lot of money(revenue) on the table unknowingly. People are naturally forgetful.
