A revolution is not a bed of roses. A revolution is a struggle between the future and the past what makes me African is the Africa in me. As far as I am concerned, l am of the knowledge that death nor external philosophies can never extinguish the torch of identity consciousness, socio-economic restoration and political pride that we have ignited in the youths of our continent Africa. Long after the imperial wind blew from the land far West we have understood that it is the language we speak that can sponsor or destroy our own making. If we are to promote socio-economic justice in our land we need to speak the language of socio-economic justice .ln the midst of all calamity and differences reconciliation and inclusivity are the prophets that will make Zimbabwe and Africa a great land to be.

I understand that this post might make some people uncomfortable, but let's face it: history has a way of repeating itself, and what's happening in Palestine today mirrors what happened in Ireland. • 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘁𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴: Just as the Irish were forced to convert from Catholicism to Protestantism, Palestinians face daily efforts to erase their identity. • 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘀: Think of the Drogheda massacre in Ireland—and we don't need reminding of the many massacres Palestinians face every day. • 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: The Irish saw their forests and farmlands taken away, just as Palestinian lands are being exploited, with olive trees being cut down every day. • 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: The Great Famine in Ireland led to the deaths of a quarter of the population, and starvation is now a tool of oppression in the Gaza Strip. • 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: The "Flight of the Earls" saw Irish leaders forced to flee their homeland. Similarly, Palestinians are continuously displaced from their homes. 𝘉𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘥 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘩𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘺: • 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗰𝘆: It's important to continue mobilizing global public opinion and media. • 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆: It's more important than ever to preserve and promote our culture and national identity. • 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁: Our diaspora should be united in advocating for our rights on the world stage. • 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆: Staying united among our factions is vital to maintaining our strength and avoiding division. • 𝗗𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: Balancing diplomatic efforts with resistance is key to making progress. • 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Don’t underestimate the power of economic empowerment and boycotts in applying long-term pressure on oppressors. • 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲: Pursuing peace, even if it requires compromise, is essential for achieving stability and our goal of statehood.

We're all about creating hope and harmony for our nation by bringing people together, reviving patriotism and fostering shared values. Join us and let’s spread the love for our nation.
Your move, South Africa In the shadow of majestic Table Mountain, where two oceans whisper secrets, stands a nation. A nation stitched together with threads of history, woven with resilience and embroidered with unyielding spirit. This is South Africa. And today, she beckons to her children. We have been given a land so rich, a heritage so deep, and a future that's ours to shape. See, we stand at a precipice. A moment in time that demands decision, action, and unity. Remember the dream of a Rainbow Nation? Remember the promise of '94? That wasn't a fleeting wish. It was a covenant, a pact with generations past and those unborn, but also blueprints for our future. The challenges? Yes, they are many and they have threatened to dim the bright star of our national ambition. But South Africa, when have we ever backed down from a challenge? When have we let adversity define us, rather than our response to it? Every sunrise that bathes our beautiful land is an invitation - an invitation to remember, to dream, and most importantly, to act. For the South Africa of tomorrow isn't written in the annals of the past but in the choices of today. #lovethynation #southafrica #unityindiversity #strongertogether #weareone

REWRITING AFRIKA'S STORY Africa's past has been tainted by impunity, inhumanity, slavery and internal wars. It has been characterized by Africans killing fellow Africans and countrymen killing their own bloodlines. Worse still, it is a past that seems to repeat itself in our modern world. It is sad to see our African brothers killing their fellow Africans in the modern day world. With scars of the dark past and the sad memories of the loved ones we lost, we must refuse to be plunged into any form of violence against our own. We must rewrite a new Africa's story where peace and harmony prevails; where Afrika is a safe and peaceful home for us all. The only justice we can give to the innocent blood lost through tribal, religion, racial and political instigation is making a commitment to never again fight as a people ~ To refuse to never again kill or even cause injury to our brothers and sisters for whatever reason. We must refuse to be divided! We are one people, we must stop the nonsense! We must rewrite our Afrikan story! A story of love, peace and harmony. 🇿🇦 The Day of Reconciliation, observed on December 16 in South Africa, symbolises unity post-apartheid. Originating from the Day of the Vow for Afrikaners and anti-discrimination protests for Africans, it bridges historical divides. This day marks the transition from apartheid era celebrations to reconciliation. For Afrikaners, it commemorates the Battle of Blood River, fostering nationalism. For Africans, it's tied to peaceful protests and the founding of Umkhonto we Sizwe. The transition to reconciliation faced mixed emotions. Let's cherish our shared history, honor struggles for freedom, and commit to a harmonious future. 🤝 Reconciliation calls for understanding and forgiveness. Instead of entitlement, let's embrace the spirit of harmony. Knowing our roots fosters appreciation for hard work and motivates us to achieve our goals. As we celebrate, let's commit to a future built on unity, acknowledging where we come from to shape a better tomorrow. #DayOfReconciliation #UnityInDiversity

Independence is indeed a fundamental virtue and aspiration for Africa, as it paves the way for self-determination, autonomy, and empowerment. Independence allows African nations to govern themselves according to their own cultural, social, and political values. This autonomy fosters a sense of national identity and pride, laying the foundation for self-determined development pathways. Free nations have the right to make decisions without external interference. This sovereignty enables African countries to pursue policies that best serve their interests and address the needs of their populations. independence serves as a primary orientation for a freer and prosperous Africa by empowering nations to chart their own destinies, overcome historical legacies, and build a future of dignity, opportunity, and resilience.

🌈 Every year on the 16th of December South Africans celebrate Reconciliation Day to continue to foster unity and nation building. This vision of a nation reconciled is deeply embedded in the country’s democratic Constitution. Each year, South Africans have an opportunity to reflect on the past, reconcile and evaluate existing efforts to build a #united and #cohesive nation. We as #KAS recognize that nation building in South Africa is a collective responsibility and we continue to learn from the collective dedication to South Africa’s #democratic and united future. #KAS4Democracy
