I attended an event last week presented by Marie-Thérèse Kolié titled "Bringing a Customer Journey Mindset to Your Team." It was a fantastic presentation, but what struck me most was how tactical Marie was in her presentation. I often attend webinars that remain too high-level with basic concepts and inevitably are just a sales channel for whatever product or service is hosting the session. I left Marie's session with some tangible concepts to try and implement into my work. My biggest takeaway: create sprints for your goals and focus on achieving one goal at a time. Marie was generous to share how she structured her sprints with example content, execution and success KPIs. When building advocacy, how do you roll out concepts and measure success?
