🚀 Start with Niche Markets and Gradually Expand 🚀 Starting small and focusing on a specific niche market is a smart approach for fashion startups looking to reduce the high costs associated with entering the broader market. By catering to a specialized audience, you can build brand loyalty, create a distinct identity, and perfect your product offerings before expanding into larger, more competitive markets. Once you have established a loyal customer base within your niche, you can gradually broaden your product lines and marketing efforts to attract a wider audience. 💡 Pro tip: Identify a unique and underserved niche that aligns with your brand's strengths, then slowly scale your operations as demand grows. #NicheMarkets #FashionBusiness #Startups #Management

Young companies often fall into a dangerous trap thinking the market will adapt to their business premise but it won't. Startups need to adapt to the market. Operationaly (1) Targeting and (2) Copywriting are non-negotiable. They are the foundation for engaging prospects and driving growth. But here’s the key to the lock...speed matters. You need to iterate, optimize, and refine your acquisition programs in real time. The faster you adapt, the better your chances of creating momentum. The market doesn’t wait for anyone. If you are not adjusting, you will fall behind and short of expectations. #b2bsales #saleseffectiveness #marketingeffectiveness #salesandmarketing #founders #cofounder #salesdevelopment #salesgrowth #newbusiness #startups #b2b #CEO

Go-to-Market Fit Not just Product-Market Fit Product-Market Fit gets all the attention, but let's talk about its equally important cousin: Go-to-Market Fit. Countless companies with strong PMF struggle because they missed this crucial piece. Here's the reality: Having the right product for the right market isn't enough. You need the right channels to reach them efficiently. A wellness brand had 40%+ of customers saying they'd be "very disappointed" without the product (classic PMF indicator). But their growth stalled because their target audience wasn't active on their chosen marketing channels. Great product, wrong go-to-market approach. To find Go-to-Market Fit, ask: 1. Where does your audience naturally spend time? 2. Which channels can you compete in effectively? 3. Do you have the resources to execute well in these channels? Remember: Product-Market Fit tells you what to build. Go-to-Market Fit tells you how to reach the people who need it. If you're a founder or marketing leader looking to take your growth to new heights, let's connect! I'd love to learn about your challenges and explore how we can help. #CEO #founder #CMO #startups #revenuegrowth

Most people will say it's EBITDA, but I think forecasting REVENUE accurately should be more of a priority for early stage CPG brands. But how do you do that when you've got a brand new product, and no data on traffic, conversion rate or customer acquisition costs? One way to consider is by building a demand curve. This is approach is most applicable to 'commodity' type products, where differentiation between products tends to be low. Demand Curves show us how demand for a certain good changes as a result of price. They are very helpful for thinking about your positioning, understand which competitors you will compete most directly with, and are part of the puzzle for estimating volumes. ------- I help eComm and CPG Founders build better businesses by mastering their Finances. Before a startup gets to achieve omni-channel presence, they have to establish their marketing strategy. Easier said than done. Instead of figuring out which marketing channels work best for your business, your team first needs to establish your company goals. Are you trying to grow by getting new customers? Do you need more revenue from current customers? Do you need to build a referral program? Do you even have product market fit? Then there's the challenge of Investor Relations, Market Research, PR, ad budgets...it's a lot. So when you're trying to achieve the coveted omnichannel presence, take a step back and ask yourself if you're achieving the infrastructure necessary for omnichannel. That's the first challenge. #marketing #marketingstrategy #startups
