There are 6 key struggles in a content marketing program that I see over and over again: 🔹 Lack of clarity around what to write about 🔹 Confusion around who you truly are creating content for 🔹 Little idea around how to distribute and promote content 🔹 No plan for re-using good content you've already written 🔹 Chaos in your content process (who does what/when?? Where's the freaking file?) 🔹 Content that isn't of high quality or doesn't match your instructions, hope, and desires If any of this is happening to you then you need a content marketing strategist!
