I lifted this image from an awesome 2011 study in the "Journal of Dentistry" that is showing actual surface-plane imaging of in-situ tooth enamel as orange juice is consumed daily. Group A brushes daily with 5000ppm fluoride, group B with over-the-counter strength. The pits shown in group B are the beginning of dental caries (cavities) at the atomic level!

Transitional Removable Partial Dentures. Transitional therapy, tailored to address the likelihood of continuous tooth loss, is often recommended for compromised dental conditions. In these scenarios, a transitional removable partial denture can efficiently enhance the functionality of the remaining teeth. Furthermore, this approach allows for easy adjustments to the prosthesis if the supporting abutments are lost over time or are intentionally designed to be extracted, as is the case with immediate complete dentures or implant-retained overdentures. We should not forget that there is even this dentistry (Gerodontology, Removable Prosthodontics).
