3 Great Truths by Price Pritchett, Ph.D. 1. You are the most powerful person in your life. 2. You have an amazing capacity for change. 3. You are the solution to your future. We haven’t even concluded the first quarter of the year, yet it has already been a significant season of change for many, whether by force or by choice. To anyone who might need to hear this today, I hope my message reaches you at the right moment. I’ve always believed in the power of perspective. Those in my personal circle are familiar with my ability to reframe situations — I consider it one of my strengths. Simplicity in framing thoughts and perspectives is key; it’s more memorable and impactful.

It's important to recognize that while our past cannot be altered, our perspective can transform our present and future. I encourage you to gently revisit those chapters of your life, not with regret but to uncover the wisdom they contain. Take a moment to reflect on those experiences, seeking the lessons and opportunities they might offer. Every challenge we face teaches us something valuable, and these insights can lead to personal growth and empowerment. By extracting these teachable moments, you enrich your own life and equip yourself to contribute positively to the lives of others by sharing your journey. Remember, your history has shaped you but does not define you. You possess the creative freedom to reinterpret your narrative. Choose to tell your story in a way that honors your resilience and celebrates the strength you've gained from each experience. This is not just about accepting the past but about embracing it as a valuable contributor to the person you are today.

I Help Path Finders & Next Gen Leaders Manifest, Realize and Achieve the Purposeful Life They Envision By Harnessing Their Unique Strengths.
You have to accept that the world is filled with people who think they know you, but it’s your choice whether you listen to your own voice or theirs. Someone said this to me recently, and it was definitely something to chew on. You will continue to ache if you emotionally react to everything! This got me thinking: How many times are we guilty of allowing not just people, but the world, to define our own story for us? How often have we listened to that story and ignored the fact that no one knows us better than we know ourselves? How many times have we seen ourselves through others' eyes instead of trusting our own? We must admit that we hold the power to either give others' opinions attention or take that attention away and focus on our truths. Remember, your story is yours to write. Don’t let the noise drown out your own voice. Decide today to trust yourself and watch how the world transforms in response. Your future is in your hands. Own it. Live it. Write it. Stay true, stay powerful. The best is yet to come.

TRUST IS ONE OF THE MOST SENSITIVE EMOTIONS. EASILY DAMAGED. AND SIMPLY CREATED WHEN WE FOCUS ON ACCEPTANCE, OPENNESS, CONGRUENCE AND RELIABILITY. EVERY SINGLE WORD IS IMPORTANT. AND ONLY TOGETHER THEY BUILD TRUST. WE NEED CONSISTENCY AS WELL. IT IS NOT A QUESTION OF ONCE IN A WHILE. IT IS A QUESTION OF ALWAYS. AS YOUR DNA. THIS IS NECESSARY IN EVERY RELATIONSHIP. IT DOESN‘T MATTER IF IT‘S AT HOME OR AT WORK. LET US FOCUS. LET US MOVE. TOGETHER.

What wisdom can you glean from your successes and challenges? What insights emerge when you view your life through the lens of reflection? Today, let's honor our journey by taking the time to understand and appreciate it more deeply. Breathe in the present, reflect on the past, and look forward to the future with a heart full of lessons learned and wisdom gained.

Empowering purposeful high-achievers to live a confident and joyful life that they love through nervous system resilience and connection to self and nature.
Guess what? You won’t be everybody’s cup of tea. This is true in life and in business. Direct communicator? Some people will call you aggressive and pushy. Empathize much? Some people will call you too emotional. Like to be organized and fact based? Some people will tell you that’s too serious. Spiritual and grounded? Some people will call you unprofessional and out of touch with reality. So here’s the deal… You won’t be everybody’s cup of tea. But you will be someone’s cup of tea. If you are passionate about what you have to gift to the world, put it out there. Live your message and be a light and your people will find you. You will always have some people who don’t resonate with you and that’s okay. Don’t let those people convince you to turn off your light because if you turn off your light then the people who need it can’t see you. 🔥

Another good read (well actually listen) from Patrik Lencioni. I really believe in playing to your strengths in a role and helping others around you play to their strengths too. This is another way of looking at your natural talents and how they are needed at different stages of work and interconnected. Worth a half term listen!
