A Year of Tryouts and Growth: Time for an update. The #playground idea of the RecGround Studio in #Hamburg is a match for us and others. One year ago, we launched our new streaming and video content studio in the Hafencity of Hamburg. Today, we're excited to share with you our latest development: the expansion with Studio 🅱️. With the new additional Studio, we're not just expanding our physical space; we're also adding additional sets, a video-cast studio, more in-house equipment, and extra editing stations. It has been partly made possible by the valuable feedback from our clients and format partners, whose suggestions have helped us enhance the studio experience and maximize benefits for all involved. A key aspect of our work is openness to improvements and the integration of new technologies. We are constantly looking for ways to creatively and proactively enhance our services. 🔜 An example of this is our next update, which is currently in the beta phase: It focuses on solutions for virtual productions, including Unreal backgrounds and multi-cam recordings with tracked cameras, making the virtual space more efficient. Studio operators and investors should prioritize their resources and capital into building and acquiring, or expanding and upgrading existing facilities into, high-end, purpose-built studio production facilities. While certain production hubs are projected to have a surplus of supply compared to demand, the market for high-end studios exists across every market as these facilities remain the top-choice for content producers. The influx of additional purpose-built studios may result in an exodus of needing-to-film in converted/non-high-end studios. Those who own non-high-end studios may explore repurposing their space for alternative revenue generating opportunities

I visited Universal Studios and observed something interesting... When you purchase an entry pass, you have unlimited access to all the rides. However, they have smartly implemented a strategy to earn more.  - Universal Studios is always crowded.  - They introduced a new pricing tier that offers special access to all rides at once, with shorter queues.  - This is priced at $60 and is known as 'Express Entry.' But they didn't stop there.  → A third tier was added.  → This offers people unlimited rides with special access.  → This is priced at $90 and is termed 'Express Entry Unlimited.' So, we chose to buy the Express Entry pass for $60 per person as it seemed like a sensible choice. - Indeed, it was worth it! - We were given special access to all the rides/attractions which meant shorter queues.  - As a result, we were able to explore more in one day! 📌 Moral of the story: "There will always be customers who are willing to pay a premium for special access to your product or service." So, consider ways in which you can serve your clients & customers at a more premium level! P.S. Have you ever experienced such a premium service? Was your investment worth it?
