Creating My Vision Board: A Journey Toward Personal Growth and Public Service Today, under the guidance of Ms. Kalyani Abhyankar, I had the opportunity to create a vision board—a powerful tool for visualizing and manifesting my aspirations. As I reflected on my goals and dreams, I found clarity in my purpose. I am determined to clear the public service examination, a challenging yet rewarding path that aligns with my desire to serve and make a difference in society. In addition to this professional goal, I recognize the importance of personal growth. To truly succeed, I must cultivate greater patience, tolerance, and confidence. These qualities are not just virtues but essential skills that will help me navigate the complexities of public service and life. I'm immensely grateful to Ms. Kalyani Abhyankar for this enlightening exercise. It has provided me with a clear direction and renewed motivation. The vision board is more than just a collage of images and words; it's a tangible representation of my future, a daily reminder of the person I aspire to become. Here's to embracing challenges, fostering resilience, and continuously striving for excellence. Can Avasara Academy be a Model for Indian Education? #AvasaraAcademy #EducationModel #IndiaEducation #SocialEquity #Meritocracy #InclusiveEducation Settled into the valley slope above the village of Lavale, the 4.3- acre campus is located 10 km west of Pune and roughly 145 km southeast of Mumbai Avasara's curriculum, designed to foster leadership and excellence beyond academics, sets it apart from conventional schools. It is envisioned as a catalyst for creating a network of influential women leaders who can drive positive change in India. Avasara Academy is emerging as a pioneering model for education in India. By focusing on high-potential girls from diverse backgrounds, the school is challenging traditional notions of meritocracy. The institution's commitment to awarding scholarships to half its students from disadvantaged communities is a bold step towards bridging the educational divide. The success of Avasara could serve as a blueprint for other educational institutions aiming for inclusivity and academic rigor. It demonstrates that a model combining merit-based admissions with a strong commitment to social equity is not only feasible but can also lead to exceptional outcomes. #ModelSchool #EducationForAll #InclusiveEducation #LeadershipDevelopment #GirlsEducation #India #SocialEquity #Meritocracy

Hello! I am Dr. Devyani Pandit . As far as I know, you are asking me why I am entering politics. Let me outline my reasons : Apathy among Youth: I have been actively involved in the field of education for more than 30 years. When I speak to young people aged 18 to 35, I sense their apathy in politics. The future of India which we are talking about, it is this generation ‘s future. We should make them ready to shape the country’s future. It’s time to dispel their apathy, encourage them to engage actively, and empower them to participate. Necessity for Political Change : Given the current political situation, change is essential. Spending millions on grand political rallies , wasting productive hours of thousands of youth, and subjecting millions to grueling hours of seating in scorching heat of the sun—all of this is not required. These resources could be better utilized to combat inflation, unemployment, and other pressing issues. This is my second reason. Gender Equality in Politics: Despite Pune being the birthplace of Savitribai Phule, Maharshi Karve, and Ramabai Ranade—pioneers in women’s education—no woman has yet represented Pune in the Lok Sabha. This gender disparity needs to change. This is my third reason. Educational Foundation for Effective Governance : With over 30 years of experience in the education sector, I am grounded in National Educational Policy principles. I believe in using this foundation to benefit Pune, the state, and the nation. I want to be the part of governance for the effective implementation of my experience, is my fourth reason. These reasons drive me to take this step….. For more visit -drdevyanipandit.in

I recently watched "Srikanth," a movie starring Rajkumar Rao. I was blown away by the story of Srikanth Bolla. Born blind in a small village in Andhra Pradesh, Srikanth faced prejudice and rejection from the start. But his parents believed in him. And he believed in himself. Denied admission to a local school, he moved to a school for the visually impaired in Hyderabad. When he wanted to study science after class 10, the state education board said no. But Srikanth took them to court and won. He scored 98% in his class 12 exams! Rejected by Indian engineering colleges, he applied abroad and got into MIT. Yes, MIT! 🎓 After graduating, Srikanth returned to India with a mission. He founded Bollant Industries in 2012, creating jobs for people with disabilities. Under his leadership, the company grew quickly, attracting investments from big names like Ratan Tata. Srikanth’s journey teaches us many lessons: 1. Be genuine and stay true to your purpose. 2. Face challenges with resilience and adaptability. 3. Build a supportive community. 4. Embrace innovation. Srikanth Bolla says, "Blindness is not a disability. It’s just a different way of seeing." His story is a beacon of hope and a reminder that our limitations are only in our minds. 💪 Learn from Srikanth. Be inspired. Anything is possible with courage and hard work. #Inspiration #Leadership #NeverGiveUp #Inclusivity #Innovation #MarketingMasterstrokes #SrikanthBolla

We failed as a society‼️ People don't know how to appreciate anything. Maybe there's a reminder needed in India. Recently, Prachi Nigam, a 15-year-old student from Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh, topped the 2024 Uttar Pradesh Class 10 board exams with 98.5% marks. However, after the announcement of the results, she became the target of online trolling through various social media platforms, primarily because of her facial hair. Who are we to pass judgment on others? Can you imagine how someone might feel after achieving such a significant milestone in their life, only to be subjected to trolling by individuals who lack understanding or empathy? I don't know, if people feel the need to pay a tax for showing appreciation, or if they simply want to be COOL. It's disheartening to see someone who has worked hard and achieved great success being subjected to online trolling and criticism. This incident serves as a reminder of the importance of empathy, appreciation, and kindness in our interactions with others. We should embrace the practice of appreciating everyone around us, fostering an environment where everyone feels valued and uplifted. By cultivating this mindset, we not only contribute to the positivity of others but also experience a great sense of positivity within ourselves. It's time for us to mature and embark on a journey of spreading positivity instead of negativity. We, the young people, are the ones who will lead tomorrow. If we behave positively now, the next generation will learn from our example and spread kindness too. Let's pave the way for a brighter future by championing positivity and kindness in every interaction🌼 #prachinigam #BuildAbetterfuture #inspiring #appreciateachievements

I asked my female friend at IIT Kharagpur how her life differs between her village (Gaon) and after coming to IIT. Here's what she shared: 𝗔𝘁 𝗚𝗮𝗼𝗻: ➤ You are a girl, so you have to stay within your limits. You are not allowed to do all the things your brother can do. ➤ You are a girl, so you cannot be out at night. You must learn all the household chores. ➤ You are a girl, so you have to get married and move to a stranger’s house. You cannot choose the educational career you desire. ➤ You are a girl, so you cannot spread your wings. Most girls have to endure such backward ideologies. 𝗔𝘁 𝗜𝗜𝗧 𝗞𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗽𝘂𝗿: ➤ I am limitless. I am allowed to do everything my brother can do. I do night-outs with my friends. ➤ I am still learning household chores because I believe they are for everyone, regardless of gender. They are necessary for survival. ➤ I don't feel the pressure of getting married because I have many things to accomplish: completing my education, getting a good job, buying my own house, and more. I want to be independent. ➤ I have found many like-minded people who don't have backward ideologies. They support and help me, and that's the best part. I am becoming a strong, independent woman. What do you think about this? Let me know in the comments, and don't forget to like 👍 the post!
