My excessive travel got me feeling tired, overwhelmed, unproductive and even a bit demotivated. We all get those days, right? Good news are, getting back on track, doesn't require hours - It requires moments. Here is the 7-day reset that helps me each time I feel like I am falling off the wagon. Try it and see if it changes things for you too: Monday: "The Power Page" Write down 3 wins from yesterday and 2 goals for today. Just bullets. No overthinking. Tuesday: "Clarity Call" Text one person who energizes you. Schedule a 15-min catch-up for next week. Wednesday: "Input Audit" Delete one app that drains your energy. Install one that feeds your mind. Thursday: "Silent Start" Begin your day with 5 minutes of zero input. No phone, no email, no noise. Friday: "Forward Chain" Send one email advancing your most important project. Just one. Saturday: "Skill Stack" Spend 5 minutes learning something new in your field. One video. One article. One concept. Sunday: "Reset Ritual" Clear your workspace. Clear your mind.
