Finished yet another book😋(2nd time actually). As expected, reread it made it easier for me to absorb & process the concepts discussed. So yeah this book explores unorthodox ways to improve oneself by challenging & questioning societal norms about what defines “the true sense of living”. The author encourages readers to embrace life’s struggles, focus on what truly matters & emphasises that striving for constant positivity/perfection isn’t realistic. Which eventually lead to the final chapter of this book that I (you might interpret it differently) interpret it as: The true sense of living is achievable when one is able to SELECTIVELY embrace life’s limitations/challenges & MAKE PEACE with their mortality. Issa good read, gonna come back again in the future!
