Hi 👋 , Luke here. Here’s who and how I can help… 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐝𝐨 𝐈 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩? Fit Out Contractors (across all sectors), who might be looking for the following; ↘ Pre Construction Managers Estimators Design & Technical Services Manager Quantity Surveyors Commercial Managers Site & Project Managers ⤴ 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐨 I 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩? I grow Pre Construction, Commercial and Delivery teams, who support Fit Out projects. I spend my days doing what is the hardest - finding relevant, quality, hardworking, "perfect" professionals, in an extremely competitive market. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰? Candidates want to to talk to you. There are incredibly talented and hungry professionals out there who are actively looking for a new position, give more people a chance to impress in person. I do not want your time being wasted, (it is my job to reduce this), however as long as the CV ticks a majority of the boxes you need ticking, a conversation is always encouraged. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐧𝐨𝐰? Picture the slowest Ferrari 🚗 you can...… being held back by the strongest rope....... the market is ready to go, ready to crack on... it just needs the final pair of scissors to cut that last rope to release everything.. It is cautiously positive. If you have recruitment requirements coming up in the next few weeks and months... the time would be now to discuss these. Let's talk. Let's get ready for the wave that is coming!!! T: 07700160359 E: lc@ernestandflorent.co.uk #ernestandflorent #recruitment #construction #quantitysurveyor #preconmanager #projectmanager
