Leading up to and after reporting our Q2 earnings results, Bread Financial is continuing to see momentum following our summer Investor Day, where we provided a deeper dive into our evolution and future vision. Our multi-year business transformation is now bearing fruit, allowing us to operate from a position of strength as a responsible, disciplined and more resilient organization utilizing a tech-forward approach to put our customers at the center of everything we do. Here are some highlights: • Within our fully integrated suite of products, we’ve launched direct-to-consumer products including two proprietary cards that give consumers options on how they want to shop, spend and be rewarded, and we continue to grow our Bread Savings™ deposit program. • With our expanded product suite, full-spectrum underwriting, and the customer focused mindset, we have been successful in adding and renewing iconic brands across various industries. • Since Q1 of 2020, we’ve paid down 58% of our parent level debt and have improved our capital ratios, tripling our tangible book value. • Our strong balance sheet, streamlined business model, and resulting efficiencies allow us to strategically invest in our business to drive innovation.
