Change is inevitable... in even the most established companies, an entrepreneurial spirit can establish new markets, protect against obsolescence and stay a step ahead of competition but even more importantly be the industry disruptor instead of reacting to the industry disruptor. Some key considerations for the internal entrepeneurs: - Treat the businesses as if it was your own - Innovate - Trend awareness but more importantly being ahead of the market demand - Constantly evaluate internal inefficiencies - Hypotheticals, if you were to start the company over...
