Pretty easy. Just don’t report or record anything. Safest gig in the world on paper. Deliver stats however and being able to physically demonstrate improvement, winner for me

You would hope all accidentdd and incidents are reported to be able to reference. If the individuals go offsite and get treatment and don't tell you your stats are already inaccurate. Always a nice idea, however, there are flaws.

Accidents or incidents by definition most that get reported are foreseeable therefore not accidents
