As you get safety certified, I know a lot of your customers probably use proper insurance. Proper actually gives a discount if you go through our safety training and make sure that your property safe. And then we have all the safety templates in breezeway, the same safety template that might tell the guests that it's time to put the trash out. So you know, Cam monkey can swing by and pick it up. Would also be in in there to say, you know, it's it's time to change the batteries in the smoke alarm. It's time to vacuum them. By the way, they have to be vacuumed once a month. So all that type of stuff is all facilitated and we cover. Every part of everything that you need to do to offer a safe short term rental through our programs at Breezeway.
