Reflecting on Two Years in the Mines: A Journey of Growth and Gratitude These past two years have been an incredible ride filled with challenges, victories, and invaluable lessons. Each hurdle I faced and triumph I celebrated has played a crucial role in shaping the person I am today. From navigating the complexities of mining to collaborating with amazing teams, every experience has been a cherished lesson in resilience, adaptability, and continuous learning. I am thankful to SROL (Thor Explorations Ltd ) for providing me with opportunities for growth and development. Every day with SROL has been a chance to push my boundaries, embrace new challenges, and grow both personally and professionally. None of this would have been possible without the unwavering support of mentors, managers, and colleagues who have been there to guide and inspire me every step of the way. I am profoundly grateful to everyone who believed in me and helped me soar to new heights. Looking forward, I'm brimming with excitement for the adventures that lie ahead. Each day, I'm driven to make a meaningful impact in the mining industry and contribute to a more sustainable and resilient future for generations to come. Elevating Emergency Response through Collaboration and Training Last week, our Emergency Response Team (ERT) hosted joint training exercises with the skilled ERT team from Stawell Gold Mine on our Tailings Storage Facility (TSF). This collaborative initiative showcased the dedication and expertise of both teams as they worked together to enhance their readiness for potential emergency scenarios. By combining efforts, our teams not only shared valuable insights but also reinforced the critical importance of ongoing development and commitment in ensuring a safe and secure mining environment. We are immensely proud of the lengths our ERT members go to in their pursuit of excellence and preparedness, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to work alongside such a professional and capable team from Stawell Gold Mine. We remain focused on raising the bar for safety standards and strengthening partnerships within the mining community.
