Need to speed up a DocuSign at the end of the quarter? Try this: Just be honest with your buyer: → Tell them you're in an internal competition, and a spiff is on the line → Mention you're working toward a personal goal, and closing today would mean a lot → Let them know you're going on vacation tomorrow and want to wrap things up before EOD This approach has helped me get contracts signed faster than anything else. Everyone knows it's the end of the quarter, so just be upfront. It's much more effective than the typical, "Is there anything you need from us?" Give it a try and let me know how it goes 😎

Here's something no one tells you about going solo: The highs are the highest and the lows are the lowest. Nothing beats seeing that docusign in your inbox or someone you truly appreciate sending a referral your way. But generating your own business can mean weeks (or months) at a time of feeling that you really need a win. And that happens even when you make friends with your self doubt. When it’s good it’s because we made it happen with our ten fingers. And when it sucks it’s about having the stomach (and runway) to wait it out. I take my wins personally, but not my losses.

When I came to Docusign, three things were top of mind: We needed to stabilize the business, be more efficient, and identify and execute on a new path to growth. This quarter was exciting because it showed we’ve done the first two well while starting to execute on our plan for the third by shipping the first release of our Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform. We launched IAM to commercial customers in the United States, Canada, and Australia at the end of May. The initial results and customer feedback are very promising. It is early, but so far IAM customer win rates are higher, average deal sizes are larger, and time to close with customers is faster. Customers really appreciate the quick time to value and the ability to not only organize and search their agreements, but to be able to learn from them too. I can’t wait for this to roll out to more segments and geographies over the next few quarters. Intelligent Agreement Management is one of the last great white spaces in enterprise software – I’m so proud of our team for making it a reality.

This was a fun, strong quarter for Docusign. We beat all our metrics across the board, thanks to the focus and dedication of our teams. Even more importantly for the future, we have reignited our culture of innovation — this was the first full quarter selling applications on our Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform to our customers. And the response has been fulfilling. One example: We’re improving our customers' agreement workflows, decreasing one business’ customer onboarding time by as much as 70%. Docusign IAM offers improvements like this across the whole agreement journey – much needed technological innovation in the agreement space that we’re thrilled to bring to our customers. This is just the beginning. As we deploy more capabilities to the IAM suite in more business segments and regions, we’ll be able to bring more insights and benefits to customers globally and truly revolutionize the way businesses manage their agreements. #docusign https://lnkd.in/g-pxkSQH

Clients ghosting? Docusign is out? You've stress ate an entire bag of sour cream and onion chips or are on your 6th Celsius? Try some of these tips: 1️⃣ Have your manager (or VP and above even) send you an email asking about a status update - forward to your client so they see the priority is coming not just from you but from the organization 2️⃣ Ask them if this is still a priority for this month and if not, that's okay but we do need a response so we can free up the resources on our end that are in queue (whether that be Services, Shipping, etc.) 3️⃣ If you haven't heard back for a week or more and the Docusign is out or your client said they'd have a decision by a week ago and that has passed - send the closing out email. Will at least tell you whether or not it's real / still a priority
