It’s likely that Trump will implement Project 2025’s proposals for the Justice Department that prioritize political agendas over the independence and impartiality. Such changes would pose huge risks to civil liberties and public trust in the system’s fairness. https://bit.ly/4huOoAR

CONFLICT ASSESSMENT: TRUMP'S FIRST JUSTICE TRIAL- FULL IMMUNITY https://lnkd.in/g9hbsFPr Justice in most functional democracies without #KangarooCourts is not anchored on public opinion. However, seventy percent of respondents disagree with Trump's claim of presidential immunity from prosecution for alleged non-executive crimes directed at protecting democracy or national security during office. If the Supreme Court grants full immunity, Biden will remove him from office, retire, and save #democracy. The great challenge for the USA is to separate the justice system from any political partisan liaison. For example, judges should not be elected by vote. Still, by appointment on merit, justice officers should not be linked to any political party publically, and they should never endorse any politician, including police bodies. Their votes should always be private and liable to conflict of interest. They will avoid the circus of today. Failing to provide adequate representation is an abdication of a core Constitutional principle, [Paul Heaton] noted. And, perhaps more concretely, lawyers who are spread too thin can make mistakes that compromise the quality of their work and impact their clients’ cases — sometimes leading to wrongful convictions.” Thank you to the Philadelphia Inquirer for covering our newly-released report about shortfalls in indigent defense in Pennsylvania, and what's needed to adequately tackle the Commonwealth's caseload. Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr.'s recent observations about the challenges to judicial independence resonate deeply for judiciaries worldwide. Threats of violence, political interference, and the spread of misinformation test the resilience of courts in fulfilling their mandate impartially and fearlessly. While criticism of judicial decisions is a hallmark of healthy democracies, the erosion of informed dialogue in favor of hostility or disinformation undermines public trust—a trust that is essential for the pillar to function effectively. It is imperative to recognize that judicial decisions, though sometimes unpopular, are guided by principles of justice and the rule of law, not by public opinion or political affiliations. The future of the US judicial system lies in reinforcing this foundation of trust. History shows that strong judiciaries weather these challenges, emerging as even stronger pillars of democracy.

💠 "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and SUBJECT TO THE JURISDICTION thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside." - 14th Amendment 💠 The 14th Amendment should be read and applied to what is drawn from the law (exegesis), and not wrongfully drawn into the law (eisegesis) using presuppositional liberal biasedness for the sake of certain individuals mischaracterized as the victim. So, the 14th Amendment was enacted in the context of slavery not #illegalimmigration The 14th Amendment doesn't say, "Come over here, get into a hospital, have a baby, and congratulations, everybody is a citizen." That is why the amendment included the statement: "subject to the jurisdiction thereof." Therefore, citizenship, according to the Constitution, is a privilege and not a right (a.k.a. entitlement). Our founding fathers of this Republic felt it important that maintaining a controlled and deliberate process ("subject to the jurisdiction thereof.") for granting citizenship, would ensure allegiance to our #American #republic (a.k.a. #Nationalism #Patriotism). #USPolitics #ExecutiveOrder #Citizenship #LegalUpdates #BirthrightCitizenship #ImmigrationLaw #14thAmendment #USCitizenship #ImmigrantRights #TrumpExecutiveOrder #ImmigrationDebate #USConstitution #JaySekulow #ACLJ

Justice delayed is justice denied. Trump”s success with endless sham appeals cause delays. our judicial system’s is a national scandal. Our whole justice system from the top down has failed to deliver justice to a rogue perpetrator who blatantly manipulated the judicial system for his special interests. It is a sorry spectacle that illegal, even convicted criminals can avoid the normal consequences of their illegal acts. Our justice system faces challenges when individuals with sufficient resources and legal representation exploit the system to evade accountability for their actions. Recent events have showcased how certain individuals attempt to manipulate legal processes to their advantage, undermining the principles of due process. The recent actions by the US Supreme Court, characterized by haste and questionable decisions, have raised concerns about the integrity of our legal institutions. Instances where established precedents like Roe v. Wade have been overturned abruptly, or where state-level election decisions are disregarded, highlight the need for a fair and transparent judicial process. It is crucial to uphold the rule of law and ensure that justice is served without prejudice or undue influence. Transparency, adherence to established legal norms, and respect for due process are essential to maintain the credibility and effectiveness of our justice system. #Justice #LegalSystem #RuleOfLaw

1wWait a minute, I have been saying that removing antidiscrimination protections, revoking security clearances, sex and gender policy, ending anti-misinformation efforts and withdrawing from international alliances should all be done; does that mean Heritage stole it from me? Is that a conspiracy since others have the same ideas as Heritage or Heritage have the same ideas as others? You guys are getting desperate.
