Films like Kiss the Ground and Common Ground offer consumers an eye-opening look into the realities of our food systems, exposing the harmful impacts of industrial agriculture on our health and the environment. They highlight the critical role soil plays in producing nutritious food, supporting ecosystems, and the pressures of a changing climate. Understanding these dynamics empowers consumers to make informed choices, advocate for sustainable practices, and support regenerative agriculture. These films remind us that a healthy future starts with healthy soil—and that we all have a part to play in driving meaningful change.
Friends, the time has come! We are thrilled to announce that 'Common Ground' and 'Kiss the Ground' will be streaming globally on Prime Video starting April 22nd! The perfect way to celebrate Earth Day! 🌎 🎉 We are so excited for everyone who has patiently waited to watch Common Ground in the U.S. and around the world, and we are so grateful for all who have joined us in theaters, festivals, (and farms) over the past year. We can’t wait to continue this journey with you all and continue growing this movement of regenerative agriculture! Check out the comments for the initial press announcement, the trailer, and our email newsletter. Sign up and stay tuned for more details about our upcoming live virtual events and the global watch party. Thank you all!

🌟 Big lesson I learned from last year: Having a vision and executing it well doesn't always mean it's the "right" vision. 🌟 Let me explain... In 2023, we focused on: ⭐ Building our brand ⭐ Understanding our community ...primarily through events. And these events were 🔥🔥🔥. They did wonders for our brand and helped me connect with our customers. BUT... Our community now craves more: 1️⃣ More places to find us (more of the RIGHT distribution) 2️⃣ More product variations to fall in love with (announcement on this coming soon) So, this year is all about expanding and innovating. 🚀 Being a solo startup leader means learning on the go. I beat myself up a lot in the past few months for not course-correcting sooner (i.e. changing up distro and product strategy earlier), but I'm learning to just move forward. And don't worry, we're not ditching events. We're just getting smarter about them, partnering with other cool brands when it makes sense. 🤝 (aka First Round's On Me in the vid below). Remember, behind every fabulous event is a whole lot of strategy brewing backstage. 🎭 https://lnkd.in/g_6u3myf

🔍 Another All Hands Meeting Done! 💼🚀 We just had our quarterly All Hands Meeting, where the whole SprayVision team gets together. It’s an important time for us to: 📊 review how our teams are doing on their projects, 📈 share numbers, graphs, and updates, 🎯 plan what’s coming next. The goal is to make sure everyone knows the numbers we’re working with, how we’re doing, and what we want to achieve together. Sharing openly helps us grow and stay aligned as one team. 💪 And yes, there were some tasty snacks - but too quick to capture in a photo! 😊 #teamwork #transparency #growth #allhands

🌟 Welcome to 2025, did you know 2025 is a perfect square? It equals 45^2. With all that is coming in 2025, it seems like a great metaphor for data & AI, combining high-quality data with intelligent systems that creates outcomes that are far greater than the sum of their parts. 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 2025: ▹ Think exponentially: Small, consistent efforts in learning, data curation, and innovation build to transformational results. My greatest learning this year is, that Data Governance is a building block in AI Governance, just like Risk Management. It greatly depends on it's maturity to be successfully implemented. ▹ Focus on business value: This year, I’ll be diving deeper into AI governance, where good data is critical to enabling AI, and AI, in turn, drives real business impact. It’s not just about the tech; it’s about creating value that matters to end-users. ▹ Input defines output: The saying “garbage in, garbage out” still holds. High-quality data is the lifeblood of effective AI. In 2025, data governance will remain crucial to ensuring the right inputs for AI systems. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐢𝐧 2025? 2025 marks a turning point for AI governance as the EU AI Act starts the phases roll out: ➜ February: Bans on “unacceptable risk” AI systems take effect. ➜ May: The European Commission publishes compliance codes of practice. ➜ August: Rules for notified bodies assessing high-risk AI systems go live. Providers of general-purpose AI models must comply with new standards, national AI governance bodies are established, and penalties for non-compliance are enforced. 2025 promises to be a transformative year for AI & Data (Governance). Let’s make it a year of compounding impact, together. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫? Happy New Year! 🎉 #AI #Data #AIGovernance #DataGovernance #EUAIAct #2025 #PerfectSquareYear
From all of us at Valcon to all of you - clients, partners, colleagues, friends, followers and people we have met on the road: Thank you for a great and inspiring 2024! Happy New Year and best wishes for 2025 to you and your loved ones🎉🎉🎉 #happynewyear #thankyou #bestwishes #togetherunstoppable #implementingyourfuture

Take a moment to read through the comments on this post — a true example of how companies should treat employees as they move on to new opportunities. It's clear from these messages that even when you don't want to see someone leave, supporting them in their transition and celebrating their next chapter makes all the difference. A strong reminder that the way you help someone exit says just as much about your company culture as how you welcome them in. Not everyone gets this right. Mews does it right. #EmployeeExperience #CompanyCulture #PositiveTransitions
The end of an era. Today marks my last day at #Mews. After 5,5 years at this amazing company, it was time for me to move on. I am so enormously grateful to have worked at Mews, a great company that will do even more great things in the future, and to be able to say I was a part in brining it to a Unicorn! I came to Mews broken, and I am leaving my head held height. Long live the streak. Thank you, Richard Valtr and Matthijs Welle for the fantastic time at Mews and for putting your trust in me back in the hard times and for keeping me in the company. I have never felt so appreciated for my work before. Thank you, Michael Wesner, Luc Lammers and Antonios Salapatas for support and your faith in me. A very special THANK YOU to Craig Bonafont, there is so much I want to thank you for! And thank you to all Mewsers, this is such an amazing and talented team that will bing greatness to hospitality. I will miss you dearly, thank you for the amazing ride!
