EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT | Meet Abby Coram, STNA and Med Tech at the Health Care Center! Abby started at BCV as an STNA about 4 ½ years ago at the Health Care Center after a friend referred her. She was originally influenced to get her STNA by her mother, who was sick with ALS. Since then, she has become a Med Tech! When asked how working at BCV has impacted her growth, she said, “I enjoy my job. It has given me the opportunity to advance, and I am appreciative of that!” Eventually, her goal is to become an LPN, we have faith she will do just that! Thank you for all that you do, Abby! We appreciate you!

We’ve now completed four pilots with six more to come. We will be sharing our results along with the feedback and knowledge we’re getting as we go. Business leaders everywhere, it’s an exciting time for us as we are perfecting our OP System in pilots, with wonderful people from diverse backgrounds and industries in the work they do. They are building OP platforms from scratch! Replacing static with dynamic best practices!!! New IP from within. We have our heads down with selling and scaling comprehensively that is all part of the plan. What matters most to me at this moment, is that we put our product in the hands of those who will be using our technologies now and into the future. Peak value in our products and services is what we’re striving for. Learning, executing, and perfecting as we go is our culture. The rewards of doing these things will follow accordingly. Especially as we head into our new #Ai world. Come to www.opsystem.io to book a demo. #humansintheloop #Ai #authenticintelligence OP Media, Inc.
OP Media recently piloted our system with several rural hospitals in Utah. The benefits were immediately recognized by all of the incredible frontline employees - many of whom created their own OPs! "I think the potential benefit for rural facilities is indisputable, especially as it relates to process improvement and increased efficiency." Making visits to connect with our team and clients in person is such an invaluable benefit for all parties. It's where learning, collaboration, and building trust combine. We're all in it for the same purpose - improving patient/ member outcomes! What are some practices you or your organization have in place to strengthen client and/or employee relationships and foster collaboration?
I had the pleasure of having Rely Health’s Dream Team join me onsite in CHI Mercy Health’s Emergency Department this week. Thank you Prithvi, L'Sidni, and Alex. Your diligence implementing enhancements to the AI Tool is invaluable! It will increase the number of post-ED patients we reach to provide exemplary navigation services to follow-up care and resources. I look forward to this process because it allows me more time for in-person patient engagement to ensure their post ED journey to improved health is met. I’m excited to exceed Umpqua Health’s metrics as well as my goals! 🌹

At the core of Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services is the commitment to ensuring that patients have reliable, accessible transportation to their medical appointments. For many individuals, transportation is the missing link between them and the care they need. Whether it's a regular check-up, a therapy session, or a life-saving treatment, we make sure no one is left behind. With every ride, we're not just providing transportation—we're giving people access to healthcare, fostering independence, and enhancing their quality of life. That's what sets NEMT apart. #spotsylvaniavirginia #nemt #fredericksburgva #fredericksburg #medicaltransportation #medicalservices #virginia

Primary Care Consultant | Keynote Speaker | Specialising in Consulting - Clinical Governance, Clinical & Operational Development, Financial & Patient experience
🗓️Last week, I called a couple of practices to connect with fellow colleagues. Shockingly, I had to wait 23 minutes at one and 30 minutes at another — and this was at 11 am, a time you'd expect to be less busy. I can only sympathise with patients - it’s a common frustration for many, highlighting the pros and cons of keeping phone lines always open. ➡️ On one hand, patients can reach us at any time, but the reality is that long waiting times are still a challenge. 🌳At our practice, we've worked tirelessly to streamline our processes. This Monday, our average call waiting time was just 2 minutes and 25 seconds. What's more, we tracked how quickly patients were seen or spoke to a doctor. The average? Under 2 hours. And over 90% of these appointments were face-to-face. 💭Imagine a service where you can see or speak to a doctor within 2 hours and the call waiting time averages less than 3 minutes, even on a busy Monday. 🤝This is not just a vision; it’s what we’ve achieved through innovation, hard work, and a culture of continuous improvement. By refining our workflows and using technology effectively, we’re ensuring patients get the timely care they deserve. 🔑 It’s possible when you have the right processes and team in place. #NHS #primarycare #Elmtree
