A couple tips to help keep customers and get new ones, 1. Answer the phone 2. Company representative should know what they are talking about 3. Do not bill for work not performed 4. Stop thinking everyone is your competitors, your only true competition is yourself. 5. If you schedule a job, actually show up 6. Send technicians that know how to perform the desired work All complaints I’ve heard from people the last 8 months about other companies.
