🚨 Beware of Job Offer Scams! 🚨 I recently encountered a fraudulent job offer that I want to bring to your attention. Here’s what happened: I received an email from Palmson Group offering me a job opportunity. Curious, I decided to apply. They only asked for my resume and salary expectations. To my surprise, the next day, I received an offer letter without any interview or further communication. Alarm bells went off, and after doing some research and watching videos on YouTube, I confirmed that it was a scam. He calls another friend to reach out to Menachem for him to apply for the job... 🤦♀️ Not cool 🤨 Kinda weird 🙄 Wtvr But here's the thing: opportunities don’t chase you down—you’ve got to show up for them! POSITIVE EXPERIENCE ON HIRING PROCESS WITH DAVINES GROUP Due to change on Eastern Europe market (Covid and Ukrainian war) I lost my job at Swissline. For many years I worked on distributors side and last years was part of Swissline family and it was deffinately a great journey together and I thank you all of you for this experience. Somehow life have always brought jobs to me so I have no experience on hiring process as a canditate. I have read so many articles and reviews how people don´t get any feedback and whole process is very stressful. Therefore I thought I will share my story to show that it is possible to act differently and it really makes a difference. I applyed for the job as BDM for Nordics at Davines Group. There were more than 500 candidates, meaning for recruters huge working load. My first contact was by phone when Gaia Ciccolella called for quick interview. It was so warm and welcoming I was positively chocked and overwelmed that I passed throw the first round but the most impressed me her openess and positive additude. Next round was Teams interview together with Gaia and Andreea Ion by that time I fell in love already towards the company I was familiar with products before but now I studied the company in detail. The interview was again so motivating and not dictating from one side. I learned so much about Daviness group, about the people and how the future work will look like. I felt like I know these people already long time. Whole hiring process took nearly 3 month during this period I got updates that it takes longer and was always in the loop that I have not been forgotton. At the end I got negative answer I was not selected. Ofcourse I was very disappointed but the way message was delivered was so professional and touching. I contacted Andreaa for feedback why I was not selected and I got proper explanation ( I was luck of experience with hairdressers and with professional hair care) We stayed in touch in Linkedin and agreed to meet when she will be in my area. The feedback is so important to improve and go on and fight for your next opportunities. Same time it was also perfect marketing. I have been in beauty industry nearly 20 years and became sort of influencer in last 3 month when people ask my recommendations I have proudly been recommending Davines products it feels like I am part of this company:) World could be much better place if we could have more companys like Davines Group who has passion and care about everything they do! I appreciate if you share my story to show that it is possible to have positive hiring process even you get negative answer at the end.
