💥 2025: The Year of Uncomfortable Truths 💥 Here’s one: Wellness isn’t working. Isn't that what they say? We’ve flooded the market with tracking apps, corporate challenges, and shiny new solutions. Yet #stress, #burnout, and #chronicdisease are skyrocketing. Are we brave enough to admit that what we’re doing isn’t enough? At Preventia, we’ve learned this: People don’t need more tools—they need more humans. Real, empathetic, relationship-driven support that actually inspires change. It may not be as sexy as the traditional Silicon Valley sense - But it works, it's scalable, and we’ve built a business proving it. Here’s my challenge to all of you in 2025: Stop asking, “How do we make wellness cheaper or more efficient?” Start asking, “How do we make it matter?” Whether it’s a student struggling to stay in school, an employee overwhelmed by life, or a patient navigating change, the answer isn’t an algorithm. It’s a person—a coach, a guide, a partner. This year, Preventia is betting everything on this truth. Will you join us? Let’s make 2025 the year we finally get uncomfortable—and finally get it right. #HealthCoaching #Preventia #2025Challenge #WellnessReimagined #GetUncomfortable

100 percent agree. This has been the key for what we do and why companies and wellness programs partner with us. On site, in person, life on life, friendship and ongoing care. I think you hit the nail on the head!!!!

Brian, OMG! This is the best, and most honest post I've seen on the reality of how it really is. We need all good health coaches to go into the trenches and do the good work I know it's like social work but that's where we are today Well said!

Nailed it! While with my previous employer, I was cautioned by a MD colleague that I was sharing too much, making it personal, getting into the weeds, etc...but it was in those moments when we both shared a human challenge or a human success that build the relationships that yielded progress. Patients don't care how much you know, but want to know that you truly care and that we are human too. When we share tidbits of our personal story, we build communities and trust. People are willing to try new paths when they have a supportive team whom they know really care about them and not just the note or the payment or the box that needs clicked. Share a bit of yourself, you'll be surprised how far that goes.

Sounds like a lot of connecting with individuals in a personal way right where they are. Music to my ears.
