The latest #retail research from my colleague Molly Burke for Software Advice confirms that people want to spend as little time as possible when shopping. More and more, shoppers expect contactless payments and self-checkout kiosks to improve their buyer experience. But what about the stores that rely on "stickiness" to get people browsing and making impulse purchases? Balancing customer needs and increasing stickiness have never been more at odds.
