Morning everyone! After years of building with modular and countless people asking me how to do it, I’m excited to finally launch our course to help people get up to speed on modular and avoid all the costly mistakes one would make on their first project. If you are a developer, investor, GC, architect, engineer interested in getting up to speed on modular and understand the full cycle of how to properly build a modular project then this for you. We are setting this up as a 12 week course with the first cohort starting next month where I take you step by step from site selection, to design, to financing, to factory selection and step by step on how to actually build the project from the view and experience of a modular developer. Part of our initiative for 2024 is to help accelerate the use of modular to solve our housing crisis and a big part of the slow adoption is the lack of education which we hope to play a part in solving. As a function of time and efficient learning, we are caping each class at 10 students and offering the class only 4 times a year, essentially one cohort per quarter. We already have a couple students signed up for our first cohort but still have a couple spots still open.
