Pride Month serves as a reminder of the ongoing journey towards diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). The global LGBTQ+ community still faces challenges such as discrimination, stigma, and unequal rights. By recognising Pride Month, we are creating a safe and supportive environment for everyone, irrespective of their sexual orientation or gender identity. June is Pride Month–a time to celebrate the resilience of the LGBTQ+ community and their progress in pursuit of equality and acceptance. It’s a time for reflection, education, and connection.
