An interactive dashboard showing pizza sales for the year 2015. this analysis was aim towards knowing which pizza sales most, what time of the day do customers place orders and which day is peak days for the store. Lastly stakeholders needed to find out which size of pizza should be taken off the menu. Findings: 🔷 Revenue: From January to December 2015 the company made $817.86k from selling 49.57k quantities of pizza with an average unit price of $16.49. The peak period of sales was the month of July. the company made $72.56 follow by the month of May with $71.40K in sales. During the first and second quarter of the year, the company made $413.72K in revenue. Revenue droppped in the fourth quarter of the year making only $199.12k. 🔷 Orders: Fridays are peak days for the company. Customers placed orders on Fridays more than any another days of the week. A total of $8.24k was made from pizza sales. 🔷 Best Sellers The Thai Chicken Pizza is always on demand. it sold $43.43k follow by The Barbecue Chicken Pizza with $42.77k. While the California Chicken Pizza made a total of $41.41k in sales. and the last being The Spicy Italian Pizza with $34.83k. 🔷 Recommendations: Promotions should be done during the fourth quarter of the year, and the month of December should be the main target since its a festive month. XXlarge size of the pizza should be taken off the menu immediately as this size has an extremely low demand. Partnering with any carbonated drink company to supply pet size of drink so that customers who buy XLarge size of pizza get a pet size of the drink as this will attract new customers and inturn generate revenue for the company.
