Great conversation about evidence of efficacy in ed tech, happy to be a part of it. One thing that came up in the webinar that I always like to emphasize is the need for evidence of a wider variety of outcomes. Beyond content knowledge, I'd love to see products demonstrating evidence of building future-ready skills, and with more diverse types of implementations. Not easy to measure, but it's what will matter most to be successful in the future! #edtech #efficacy #futurereadyskills

The research team at International Centre for EdTech Impact; WiKIT has gathered the most frequently used terminology in impact evaluations within the EdTech field. This glossary aims to clarify commonly used concepts and foster a shared vocabulary among researchers, developers, educators, policymakers, and other key stakeholders in the EdTech impact. Huge thanks to Natalia Kucirkova, Trond F. Ingebretsen and team for their great work to ensure that scholars, practitioners and policymakers will begin to hold common metrics in assessing ed tech products.
