An oft-forgotten part of effective customer success is the follow-up. Today's Brightflag Revelation is that WE NAIL THE FOLLOW-UP. Case in point, this slide from a recent customer Executive Business Review. We worked with the customer to develop a plan for consistent advances in spend management AND THEN developed a roadmap with tasks and check ins. And - throwback to an earlier Brightflag revelation - every Brightflag customer gets a customer success manager and access to this kind of service.
