We formed large taper sidewalls for large 90 degree turns on foundry conveyors from 1/2" AR 400F material. Those were the good ole days. I spent a lot of time doing layout drawings and programming the 10'x22' burn table. We rolled them in our 3/4" x 10' pyramid plate rolls. I had some great guys back then on the press brake and plate rolls.
