From the moment we're born, we become part of a team. My earliest adventures were with my brothers, setting the stage for a lifetime of teamwork on sports fields and, notably, within the Army, where I spent 28 memorable years. Those experiences taught me the essence of unity, leadership, and persistence. Now, a thrilling new chapter unfolds with Electi. Electi is more than a company; it's a future in the making. It challenges conventional work norms and redefines success and collaboration. Here, we're not just clocking in; we're revolutionizing how innovative products can intersect with significant financial opportunities. My military tenure ingrained in me that success hinges on solid unity and a shared vision. That's precisely what I see at Electi—collaboration is our foundation. We're a tapestry of unique strengths, woven together with the common thread of transforming lives through unmatched products. What truly sets Electi apart is the golden opportunity it offers—turning the dream of financial independence into a tangible reality for many. Joining Electi felt like embracing a new service dimension, helping others chase prosperity. I'm stepping into this new role at Electi with an open invitation: join me in discovering the power of a team that’s set to change lives. Whether you're after innovative products or a chance to secure your financial future, Electi promises both. Ready to chart our success stories? With the right team, the sky's the limit. 🚀✨

🎉 We have another reason to celebrate this week! Our newest cohort has just completed their SPECTRAFORCE New Hire Orientation! 🎓✨ A huge congratulations to all our amazing new team members! Let’s get to know these incredible people and the connections they share. 🌟 We asked our new hires what superpower they would like to have. Shruti, Srestha, and Mansi would love the power of telepathy—how easy would that make our jobs! 🧠🔮 Rahul and Chasity would appreciate being invisible—who did what? Wasn't them! 😆🕵️♂️ During our sessions, we also asked about their dessert preferences and favorite comfort programming. 🍰📺 Ken and Anjali are fans of "The Office"—how appropriate! 😂 Michael and Gauri had chocolate last, so if your sweet tooth is strong, you know who to go to for snack tips! 🍫 Our crew also has some great nicknames: if you want to reach out to Aaditya, you can call him Aadi; Hitanshi goes by Heet; TaNeekwa by T; Gloria shortens to Glo; and Megan's nickname (which comes from a funny story you'll have to ask her about) is Flo! 🥳 Working in a global company allows us to engage daily with team members from around the world. 🌍 You might think we don't have much in common, but if you just ask, you’ll find connections in every facet of our personalities. 🤝 It's through these commonalities that we find success. We can engage more fully when we feel comfortable to share more of ourselves. I hope this inspires you to learn more about your colleagues outside of their daily roles. 🎬 Find someone who shares your taste in movies and start a conversation about your favorite characters or series. 🍲 Talk to people about their favorite meals and get a recipe to try it out! As a whole, we are greater than the sum of our individual parts, and those individual parts show us we’re not that different after all. 💫

Friday was my last day at Ochsner. In just a few years, I worked under 4 different job titles in 3 separate departments. I learned so much and developed many great relationships along the way. I took countless opportunities for professional growth and development, giving me the chance to develop my skills and boost my resume. The decision to leave was extremely bittersweet. I am not leaving to take another job opportunity; I left to care for my family. This decision was harder than I anticipated, but it was a necessary sacrifice for the people I love most. The fear involved with relying on one income and creating a significant gap in my resume was daunting, but the confidence in my decision was driven by the amazing leaders I worked with. After my goodbyes, I felt deeply valued and empowered by their kind words and stories, especially after hearing the advice from the women in executive leadership. It fills my heart with joy and pride that I was understood in this decision and praised for it. It was always a fear of mine that I would not be taken as seriously as a professional if I did not prioritize work over family, but I was wrong. I am hoping this post reaches someone who may be debating this decision in their mind… possibly fearing the repercussions of stepping away from work temporarily. What I have learned from the amazing women that I worked with, is that you most certainly can do both, but if you have the option to take a break and prioritize your family, you won’t regret it. It will not keep you from being successful in the future. The right company will not look away from your resume because you took some time to be with your loved ones. From what I have learned from these successful female leaders, it is everyone’s dream to be able to be there for their family when they are in need. Not everyone has this opportunity, so if you are able to do it, don’t hesitate. Work will always be there, but our time with ill family members or small children is limited and precious. Taking this time requires courage, but your 80-year-old self would never regret spending more time with your family. Because of this experience, I will be back. I will work even harder than I ever had before because I will work for a company who valued me and the people who are most important to me. Thank you to Ochsner Health and to the leaders who believed in me. I will always be grateful for the opportunities that were offered to me, but I’ll never forget the kindness and compassion I have experienced in my last few weeks working for this organization. It’s not a goodbye, but a see you later!

Last month, we celebrated our 7-year anniversary. Far from the 7-year itch, we’re actually feeling more grounded and ambitious than ever, and there’s plenty that lies ahead. So, to mark the anniversary, Jennifer Proctor shared 7 of the biggest lessons she’s learned from her time at the helm of Cultivated Entertainment. 1. Don’t Work Hard, Work Harder 2. Have Fun 3. Kindness and Patience Are Invaluable 4. Always Remember Those Who Believe In You 5. Money Isn’t The Only Thing of Value 6. Surround Yourself with People You Can Rely On 7. Don’t Forget to Smile Read the wisdom behind each lesson here!: https://lnkd.in/gga5gei5

It's time for the next #FACSfamFriday! Say HELLO to Shawn Robbins, Senior Project Manager in the Sacramento office! Shawn has been with the company for almost two years. Below are Shawn's responses to our questions and a visual showing Shawn, his wife, and their friend! Do you have any questions for Shawn or other FACS employees you'd like to see answered in the next #FACSfamFriday? Let us know by commenting on this post! What's one thing that surprised you about working at FACS? I don't know that I was surprised, rather impressed with the team culture and the wealth of experience collectively throughout our organization. What is one thing we don't know about you (non-work-related)? I really enjoy filling up my calendar with concerts. What is one thing that you geek out about? I geek out on space! I can spend hours reading new information about space and new findings. What does an ideal day off look like for you? Exploring new experiences and meditation, with heavy focus on meditation and self care. Do you have a family holiday tradition? If so, what is it? Holiday tradition has always been about large family gatherings and enjoying everyone's company. Family is my everything. Who is your favorite artist or band? This is difficult, I enjoy many genres and many artists and I feel each one brings a different vibe. If I had to choose one, Metallica is still at the top of my list. What is your favorite random fact? Four Corners is the only spot in the US where you can stand in four states at once: Utah, Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico.
