How to get better at something new: 1. Do it: do what scares you. Accept you’ll make mistakes and document it. 2. Analyze it: ask yourself, “what went wrong” and what can I read or who do I know that can help me fix it. Focus on no more than 3 projected changes 3. Repeat the process: back to step one with modifications now in place. Sometimes we let fear stop us from trying something new.
