We love the beautiful artwork that our San Diego Housing Coordinator, Brilly Gonzalez, recently submitted for our Organizational Values graphic design competition.🎉 Brilly shared that spending time with her team -- and feeling a deep sense of community and support within the San Diego Flex Pool team -- inspired her art. Brilly's experience providing supportive services and seeing a direct impact in the lives of our participants are what continues to drive her work.🏠 Check out Brilly's incredible art work below!

"Time: The Master Weaver Imagine time as a grand tapestry, intricately woven with threads of past, present, and future. Each moment a delicate stitch, connecting the fabric of our lives. As the master weaver, time orchestrates the dance of seconds, minutes, and hours. With every passing moment, a new pattern emerges, telling the story of our existence. But what if we could be the co-creators of this tapestry? What if we could weave our own threads of purpose, passion, and meaning into the fabric of time? Let's seize the loom and craft a narrative of our own design. Let's make every moment a masterpiece, every hour a work of art, and every day a testament to the beauty of our existence. For in the end, time is not just a measure of our lives – it's the canvas on which we paint our legacy."

"Colors Unseen" new series by @caseybaugh Colors Unseen: The beauty of butterflies has been revered by ancient civilizations for thousands of years. Their colorful wings do not reflect lights as normal pigmented surfaces do. Instead, their microscopic scales, refract, and bend light, resulting in some of the most vibrant and iridescent colors ever seen in nature. Because of the position of its eyes, a butterfly will go it’s entire life, unable to see the beauty of its own wings. _____________ Baugh's art has evolved over time to become more narrative. Though still maintaining figures as his prime subject matter, he is telling more stories, and his series and exhibits are becoming more thematic. On a constant quest to push new boundaries, he is persistent in experimenting with his inspirations and artistic translations, pursuing more complicated compositions and achieving grander shows. Experience with electrical engineering as well as video and movie-making has attributed greatly in his use of props, set building, lighting, and translates to the overall harmony of his visual layouts. #CaseyBaugh #JMartManagement #Contemporary #painter #Contemporarypainter #art #museum #culture #painting #oilpainting #artsy #realism https://lnkd.in/gxHvEdnk

This graffiti inspired collection features a reinterpretation of iconic graffiti spray cans, reimagined to reflect our brand. Our design serves as a powerful reminder to break free from the monotony of the 9-to-5 lifestyle and reclaim your creative spark. In today's society, it's all too easy to get caught up in the daily grind, sacrificing our passions to mindlessly follow societal norms. But it's time to challenge the status quo, break the cycle of conformity, and ignite the flames of creativity. So go ahead, break the glass, and unleash your creativity. In a world that demands conformity, true liberation lies in embracing your unique voice and creating something extraordinary. #StayWeird #Graffiti #Streetwear

#BuildingWithThePublic … Day 41 “Color is a power which directly influences the soul.” – Wassily Kandinsky 🎨 Today, we’re diving into something that might seem small but is deeply significant: our brand colors. When we were in the early stages of crafting our startup’s identity, we knew that choosing the right colors was more than just an aesthetic decision. It was about encapsulating our values and vision. We wanted colors that would resonate with our commitment to neutrality, equality, and inclusivity. After much deliberation, we settled on two hues that hold special meaning for us: copper green and nude beige. Inspired by the majestic Statue of Liberty and the historic scroll of the Constitution, these colors felt like the perfect choice. We’ve named them Liberty and Parchment to honor their symbolism. Liberty represents our dedication to freedom and inclusivity, while Parchment reflects our respect for history and foundational principles. These colors aren’t just part of our visual identity; they embody our mission and the values we strive to uphold. As we continue on this journey, we’re excited to see how these colors will accompany us every step of the way. Thanks for following along and joining us in our #BuildingWithThePublic series. We can’t wait to share more with you! #BrandIdentity #ColorTheory #StartupJourney
