I interviewed 170+ partner pros this year, here’s what I found: (1) Shockingly Similar Roadblocks 
 Regardless of industry and experience, most partner managers are facing the same challenges. Six of them, to be exact (more on that below). (2) Figuring it out as I go along Most partner managers feel like they’re winging it. They want to be their best, but don’t usually have bosses or mentors who can show them the ropes.  So they figure it out as they go on their own. (3) $$$$ Left on the Table Most partner programs are built with a “trial and error” strategy Partnerships is a new role. Unlike traditional jobs, like Accounting or Finance - it’s not a single discipline that you can learn from a textbook. Two months ago when I started in my new role, I had never heard of Fennoa. But what immediately excited me about this hidden diamond was what I was seeing around Product, People and Potential. Here’s a few highlights: - Product: our customer NPS is above 50 and our churn is less than 1%. Product is at the heart of what we do and we’re in this for the long game. - People: our founders and most employees come from within the industry and our annual customer survey reveals we are widely appreciated for our deep expertise. - Potential: our market share is growing way faster than the incumbents. Our revenue growth is strong and we’re achieving it profitably. Financially we're in a solid position to truly continue investing in our growth.
