So, I have been experimenting with Clay to understand the hype surrounding it. While it's clear that Clay has a lot of potential, I've found that it isn't necessarily straightforward to set up. The interface and functionalities can be complex and require a significant learning curve. My question is: are people finding that they can set up Clay independently, or is hiring an outside expert to handle the setup more common? Any insights or experiences on this would be greatly appreciated.

We can relate to this image as a company providing IT services... The feeling of delivering a solution that works properly is amazing and often the client attributes all the effort that the provider does to that final demo. Nevertheless, all the hard work done behind the scenes makes this demo possible. And that hard work is often left unnoticed. Despite that, the result is always a big motivator for all the technical teams working day and night to achieve it and is amazing how it all makes sense in the end. Has your organization been in the same scenario? How do you keep your team motivated to keep pushing behind the scenes when the clients appreciate only the end result? Please, share in the comments 💬 #mondaymotivation #IT #technology
I would add a teeny-tiny triangle at the very tip, so minuscule it needs a magnifying glass. That’s where we stash the "work that gets noticed and appreciated by management”. #technology #job #work Follow me if you are looking for an honest, pragmatic and funny perspective on technology. A must-see experiment on catastrophising - presented as a game in this video. Not a game when the same reaction is repeated and maintained. This is one of the major contributors to the development and aggravations of Chronic Pain Syndromes: fibromyalgia, migraines, post-operative pains, ME, chronic fatigue, emotional pains and injuries, etc. In these cases, it becomes a pathology - a non-specific disease factor. The painkillers do not help, normal medical procedures bring little relief, and most people end up in Psychiatry departments. What starts as an illusion, a mind construct, a deviation from reality becomes a reality of suffering. Solutions? Better master your thoughts to start with. If the disease is diagnosed or developed, working with one's thoughts is still part of the process!

How amazing is the Power of the Human Mind? 🧠🤔 . Sometimes, it can be overlooked or forgotten, leaving us vulnerable to the influence of untrue thoughts. Thus, we fall into the trap of a complex web of illusions. . A fascinating example is the matchstick and ice cube experiment, illustrating how our minds construct, distort, and deviate from reality. How do you position yourself in this equation? Can you master your thoughts? 💭

Look at the two photos. What assumptions have you made based on the photo on the left? What assumptions have you made based on the photo on the right? If you are going say you have not made any judgment, then you are lying to yourself and others. We all do it: scroll through social media and form an instant impression based on a profile picture. But what if there's more to the story? What's stopping you from being more curious? We are all multifaceted individuals. A single snapshot captures just a sliver of who we are. Challenge ourselves to be more mindful of the snap judgments we make based on appearance and be aware of our own biases. What biases might we hold unconsciously? Do you have a list of those biases? What would you like to do to uncover those biases How can we be more intentional about getting to know the person behind the profile picture?
