Four years ago I started working for Bringg as a Customer Success Manager, a role I had a lot of experience in but no real passion for. I knew intellectually that it’s possible to love your job, but I didn’t think it was in my cards, especially since I wasn’t willing to sacrifice time with my daughter and husband in order to climb the corporate ladder. I’ve never been so happy to be wrong. From the moment I was hired at Bringg, I was encouraged to stretch out of my comfort zone and learn skills completely outside my actual role. I discovered that I pick up on technical concepts quickly and that I have a knack for helping customers maximize their value with Bringg. When I expressed the desire to join the Professional Services team, the response from Bringg leadership was immediate and enthusiastic. I’m incredibly grateful for Bringg’s culture of internal collaboration and cross-functional growth. I’m met with new challenges every week along with a safe place to land in the learning process. I genuinely love what I do, and I feel very respected and appreciated by the company and my customers. Most importantly, the self confidence I’ve gained from this journey has augmented my relationship with my family, not taken away from it–I’m ultimately a happier and more confident person, wife, and mother.
