So many nuggets of goodness in this new The Six Types of Working Genius podcast. One thing to notice in your organization is whether there is a bias towards valuing 1-2 types of Geniuses as the most important. This can cause hiring to be slanted in that direction and others to feel unappreciated and underutilized. Values-Team fit-Genius fit. Three key ingredients. https://lnkd.in/gCSahP5E

Yoga teacher, mindfulness and meditation teacher. I use movement of all kinds and varieties to help facilitate more joy.
I recently completed he Working Genius assessment with Leadership BG. It was incredibly insightful. I can see how I can use the information to not only motivate myself but also create more satisfaction in my work life. This podcast was helpful for me in how to ask others questions that feed into their working genius. When we can do things like this everyone leaves work at the end of the week feeling fulfilled and successful. Happy and fulfilled workers are more productive and feed the bottom lines of a company. https://lnkd.in/gkWMWaX6
