The last couple of weeks have been a bit of a whirlwind! 🌪️ I finished my second free 7-day masterclass ever for women AEs in tech sales, and it was….amazing! 🎆 It was the second time I ran a free Masterclass and the final one for 2024…the energy and the amount of free sales coaching that went on in the session are unmatched. I do my best to ensure the 7 days are packed with as much value as possible. Imagine a basketball team with only one player... Sure, they might score a few points, but they'll never win the championship. It's the same in any company. The Lone Wolf Salesperson Let's take Sammy, a hotshot salesperson. Sammy's a smooth talker and closes deals left and right. But Sammy thinks he's the whole show. He doesn't share leads, forgets to update customer info, and leaves the marketing team in the dust. What happens? Sammy hits a wall. His pipeline dries up, customers get frustrated, and the company's growth slows. It Takes a Village (Or a Company!) Now imagine if Sammy worked with the team. Marketing could craft campaigns that get him hotter leads. Customer service could keep clients happy, leading to more referrals. Accounting could make sure Sammy gets paid on time, keeping him motivated. See? It's a beautiful symphony!
