We(including an infant) were travelling from Hamburg to Delhi via London. The first flight from Hamburg was delayed by a couple of hours and then the flight from London was cancelled after 6 hours of delay when we were sitting in the aircraft for almost 2 hours. At midnight we were told to arrange accommodation on our own and pickup the luggage. No support from BA at all. We managed the hotel on our own. Then after following up for hours we were provided an alternate flight to Delhi via Mumbai (This was the worst connection). Our whole journey of 14 hours turned out to be a three days horrible journey. We were told that our luggage will be checked through to Delhi. But in Mumbai we were told to collect our bags and check in again for delhi. Then we got to know that our bag is delayed. Since then it has been more than 3 days and they have no clue about the bag. We are left without any of our stuff and basic essentials of our baby as everything was in bag including valuables & documents. BA customer support team has no information about anything. Their response is pathetic. Overall the trip was a mess and a horrible experience. On top of that BA has lost the bag and providing no support/information even after multiple follow ups.

Well done British Airways. Flew from London to San Diego yesterday and enjoyed the free live stream of the final onboard - despite the result - a great flight and wonderful initiative from BA.
