#CaringIsSharing 💚 The Proof is in the Pudding - but this should help improve the Effectiveness, Efficiency and Relevance of how Taxpayer funds are being invested. I have recently been retained by a private client for a niche R&D project that will be looking at the steps, processes and outcomes from the billions of pounds of funding provided by ~2.8m SMEs and ~10m Workers via their Workplace DC Pensions. Jeremy Hunt has recently stated that SMEs employ 27m workers across the UK. Around 33% of those workers are Most at Risk (MaR) from large reductions in income due to HM Treasury funded legal experts who 'decided to take a different approach' to the Laws surrounding Start Up and Scale Up Enterprises. The Justice System is rife with Injustices, like the #PostOfficeScandal, which was caused by #CultureFailure that rewarded unethical conduct and a 🙈🙉🙊 policy. However, for 9 in 10 Workers funding Pensions La La Land each payday, Cost Of Delay Dynamics (CODD) have compounded a systemic failure I warned the Financial Conduct Authority and Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) about in 2014. It has emerged recently, in writing, from a senior legal executive employed by HM Treasury, they are not required to consider the expert decisions taken by either the FCA or HMRC. When the outcome delivers £600bn of Financial Harm to ~10m Workers and ~2.8m SMEs over 10yrs, those Taxpayers and Voters should seek compensation from those legal folk who 'decided to take a different approach' to the Law.
