The reality, however, often sees us stretched thin, with our team of four tackling the workload of five, leading to weekend catch-ups on emails. Here's a simple tip: Avoid overwhelming your team with weekend emails. Utilize the delay send feature to give your staff a well-deserved break and ensure they don't feel pressured to work outside office hours. Also, stagger Monday's email delivery times to ease them into the week more gently. (Don’t send them all to arrive at 8 am!!) Next week, I'll share a game-changing resource aimed at freeing your weekends from email altogether. Stay tuned!
