#Dubai's Private Schools See Quality Surge: 81% Now Rated Good or Higher, KHDA Reports

Dubai's private education sector has shown significant improvement, with 81% of students now attending schools rated Good or higher, up from 77% last year, according to the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA). This advancement has positively impacted nearly 49,500 students. This year's inspection covered 209 schools, including 10 first-time inspections, with a total enrollment of over 360,000 students.
Out of these, 23 schools were rated Outstanding, 48 Very Good, 85 Good, 51 Acceptable, and two Weak, with none rated Very Weak. Twenty-six schools improved their ratings, while three saw a decline. Aisha Abdulla Miran, Director General of KHDA, highlighted that these results reflect the schools' commitment to providing high-quality education. Dubai's schools are recognized globally, ranking highly in international assessments such as PIRLS, PISA, and for math and science performance.
