British Future’s Post

Hong Kongers who have moved to Britain are struggling to find work that matches their skills & qualifications, according to new research today from British Future and the Welcoming Commitee for Hong Kongers. Our researchers spoke to accountants employed in kitchens and IT specialists working in warehouses. These are important reports and the photo illustrates it beautifully. So much talent going to waste, meanwhile employers are struggling to fill vacancies with skilled and committed individuals.

The same with those UK citizens born here unwaged on UC and JSA with qualifications. What is required is an executive sourcing body within the DWP job centre plus etc. waste of knowledge all these highly skilled people.
